Well apparently J & H Plumbing is just so important and so doggone busy that they don't want my business! I called them 3 times (2 during normal business hours today and once last evening with a detailed voice message). Did anyone have the common decency to return my phone call? As you all ponder the answer, I'll go back into my kitchen and continue mopping up the gallons of water spewing from under my sink! J & H you should DELETE all of those fabulous reviews because it's quite obvious that they're ALL LIES!!!

I called about a plumbing issue. The message said to text. I did that and got a reply saying they were available today and I was told I’d get a call soon. It’s hours later and I didn’t get a get yet. Disappointed. I really needed this issue resolved.nUpdate!! They contacted me and apologized!!! They were so kind. Jon came in the pouring rain to fix the plumbing and took his time. I’m so appreciative to have gained a plumber and a friend in his awesome wife!!!!!! .

Totally impressed with this company. Jon and his wife are awesome!! He got to our house shortly after 6pm this evening and just left a little after 9 because he was so thorough and covering all his bases to rectify our situation. He answered every question we had and explained every answer instead of just yes or no. We will most definitely use them again in the event of another problem. Thank you so very much!!!!

Jon was Outstanding! I am a General Contractor and it is important to get things right the first time. Before he started the renovation, he knew the code and found areas that other plumbers had missed. He was professional, tidy, and did a great job. The inspector was pleased with his work as well.

Jon is one of the hardest working and honest plumbers out there! He has rescued me and my daughter on two occasions now. The previous plumbers had me believing that I needed about $6,000 worth of needless repairs...Turns out, I did NOT! Jon explained to me what kind of plumbing I have and how it basically works so I can understand it and not be taken advantage of again! Being a single mom and new home owner repairs can be overwhelming. I certainly recommend J and H plumbing to anyone who needs a straight shooting, reliable and trustworthy plumber. Hopefully, I never have to call him again to come out and rescue us. But I SURELY recommend that you do if you want a job done with care and compassion! FIVE STARZ ALL THE WAY!
