I’m a novice polisher and polish and maintain all of my aluminum. I was insulted about my work. And asked if I was needed to be taught how to polish. Lost my business before it was even asked for. I’d rather use the blue beacon. At least they’re polite...

Called to get pricing on a truck wash. Patrick was rude and disrespectful. Said they don't do pricing without seeing the truck. Really? There's a million places that charge flat rates to wash semis. He hung up on me when I asked if he just charges a flat rate. Said he was in business for 30 years and questioned how long I've been driving trucks... Stay away from this guy.
