The police chief seems to be quick to initiate and conduct press conferences where there's ambiguity as to the sequence of events to where a plausible deniability approach can be used. Not exactly transparent.nnNo one has asked the relevant questions;n-What is your course of action to address critical issues in the city.n- How are you going to improve the quality of life for residents from what you can affect?n-What policies have you specifically enacted that have reduced the crime rate greater than the national average reduction in the last FBI crime reports.n-What methods of instruction have you Incorporated that demand ethical decision-making from your officers?n-What recommendations have you addressed with the city manager to change policies, tactics, techniques and procedures of the city management that would assist officers with helping residents have a better neighborhood, better area, better City?n-What outside agency have you contacted to ensure a review of transparency within the police department?nnDon't expect the city council, the city mayor, local news media in this area to ask any of those questions. Don't expect anyone in a management position in the city to define standards and what you can expect and rely upon from the management. The same management that takes and raises your taxes.
