This was the worst experience ever! The young man was sent to us was extremely nice and finally at the beginning but right off the bat without even seeing our issue with the clog pipes, and the back up into her shower and toilets he immediately advised that we needed a two way clean out and it was gonna cost us about $4000-$5000 but that also didn’t guarantee it would solve. They charged us $800 to come out the first time and all he did was remove the toilet break our bathroom sink and pull out some baby wipes out of the pipes after doing that he said we definitely needed a two way clean out. I had been doing some research and had seen some YouTube videos that could possibly be a clogged on the ventilation that goes out through the ceiling, the young man didn’t even bother to look at it said no that’s not what it is, you need the two way clean out. My husband and I just close on our house my husband is military and I work for a nonprofit organization so we don’t have that type of money just sitting in our bank account.nnAfter checking around with other plumbers we had a second look and got everything fixed for under $500 there’s no need for two way clean out. Everything got fixed by unclogging the ventilation on top of our house like I had previously mentioned to him. Very upsetting that they recommend the most expensive process to “try” and fix the problem. Please do your research please get a second opinion.nnOn top of all this their secretary, assistant sent us a quote from 2017 for the same exact issue on this location for the previous owners for only $700 but wanted to charge us $5000 when I called and asked her about this she said prices changed, I completely understand that but from 2017 to now over $4000 of a difference that’s ridiculous! We will never recommend these people! Never do business with them again. They were never responsible for breaking our sink and we have to repair that out of pocket, when he put the toilet back he also never sealed it and they charged us $800 for mediocre, halfway done work! We do not recommend them!

We had Blanton’s come out and attempt to unclog our drain for over an hour and a half. They charged us 500 dollars and said that a camera would cost an additional 800, but recommended replacing a piece of 10’ cast iron for 1,600. Roto Router came out and in 30 min using only their camera managed to unclog the drain and inspect the rest of the sewer main to ensure it would t clog again for only 150. I wish they could have come out sooner but even with the wait it’s worth it.

Brandon was incredibly professional, insightful, and prepared. The business constantly kept my in the loop on the arrival and cost. I would recommend.

Wyatt came quickly and was able to assess and fix the problem very fast and under what he originally estimated. I wish I had insisted he wear shoe covers which are at my door, but it slipped my mind. Things were kept tidy even still, and I’m so grateful for his knowledge and skill. My drains are unclogged, and my plumbing problems are solved.

Worst customer service and let me explain myself clearly...I have been always using the roto rooter out of Fayetteville nc but they didn't appreciate my business so had to make the switch to pride plumbing and let me just say there name explains the type of business they do ...I will actually pull all my roto rooter contracts from all my other hotels and start using other plumbing people because roto rooter doesn't care about there customers
