Mr. Adkins & PlumbWorX,nA couple weeks ago I needed help with our new hot water tank that had recently been installed. The pilot light kept going out among other issues with the installation which caused an apparent back draft in the chamber. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the plumber who installed the tank and kindly took our money and disappeared, we reached out on Angie’s List for help. Rob answered the same day. He fit us in as quickly as possible into his schedule. When he arrived, he wanted to know more about the problem. I showed him pictures and explained it to him. In a short period of time, he diagnosed the possible problems. We agreed to go at the repairs in steps. Well, the first problem he found was the apparent problem and it has been running fine since. He is reasonably priced, courteous, and even followed up the next day with a message asking if things were working fine. I give him 5 out of 5 stars. Nice to know a solid quality professional still exists.nnBill S.

His service was absolutely astounding. He was the best price I could find the day after Christmas, came within about 2 hours and got my lines unclogged in time for my mother in law to visit. He was professional and clearly knew a lot about my issue. I would recommend and I plan on using him whenever I have any plumbing issues. Top notch!!!

Thankyou so much Rob( Robert)! You've shown true professionalism and was very knowledgeable about the task at hand. I contacted you earlier this morning on an emergency needed basis regarding my water heater not producing any hot water through the faucets. And before you gave any possibilities on what could be the issue without physically being present to run a diagnostic....you introduced yourself and said what credentials you have and what all you specialize in to assure me that I was in the right direction for the issue I was having with my water heater. Your pricing was very reasonable. You arrived in a timely manner with parts on-hand. It literally took no time at all to replace the parts needed to repair my water heater.Your recommendations regarding my water heater moving forward was well noted. And we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
