I have called on McKenzie Plumbing for several years now. They have always offered prompt, efficient and friendly service. They always try to meet my schedule as best they can. I am very happy with the service I get from McKenzie’s. Their pricing is reasonable and their service is top notch. I can recommend them with no reservations.

McKenzie Plumbing Co. Rocks! Mac with McKenzie Plumbing came by this morning and took care of all our plumbing issues. Very Professional, timely, and honest! I called McKenzie plumbing in the morning and they came in the early afternoon. Mac was my plumber and he was very courteous and professional and on time. He took his time in finding the problem and fixed it. I had a clogged kitchen drain and he had to go under the house to do some work to unclog it. He wore his mask the whole time he was working. I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing needs. And I will call them again if I have such needs. It was my first time using them and it won't be the last. Great experience.

This has been a three month process just to get an estimate. I called requesting service and they arrived promptly. He was wonderful and courteous and I was hopeful for a good experience. The gentleman told me the office would call me the next day with an estimate. They did not, and when I called them the next week later they gave me a $700 quote. We scheduled for 0800 on Monday the week after. I took off work again. They never showed. I called and I got an apology and a promise for them to come next week on Monday. A different guy came and said that more work would be needed, but he couldn’t tell me what because he was just out of surgery and couldn’t go into the crawl space. By this time it had been about a month since contacting them initially and I had to leave for work for 3 weeks. I told them we would start again when I returned.nI called at 0800 the first day back. I was told someone would call me. By Wednesday I had heard no response. My husband called and they promised to be there on Thursday from 1300-1600. I took off work (again). By 1545 no one was there nor had they contacted me. I called the company and they said the technician was on his way. He arrived after 1600. He relooked at everything, and said he would go to the office, write up the quote, and would call me the next day, Friday. Again, no call back. On Monday I called again, and was emailed a quote that was twice what was originally given.nnI tried to give this company the benefit of doubt, but after so many months, me having to constantly call them, repeated no shows or late arrivals, and inconsistency, I’m done. At this point I’d rather pay twice what they quoted than deal with their horrible customer service again.

The service was great. Timely, and totally professional. I highly recommend this company
