Everything about working with Bell Cow from beginning to end was efficient. The office staff is very prompt and helpful. Our plumber, Brad, was outstanding. He's very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was dependable (and neat and tidy with his work). He did everything he said he would do and told us along the way what to expect. I'm very pleased and will keep Bell Cow on hand for future needs.

I had an unexpected leak under my kitchen sink. I called this morning and spoke with Ashley R. She was very kind and helpful. James was out before noon today. He found where the leak was coming from and fixed it in a timely manner. Thank you for the quick response and service! Highly recommend & will be a future customer if anything occurs again!

The process was very simple. I left a message and I got a callback on Monday. The technician came on Wednesday as scheduled. I was at work but the tech called me a few times to let me know what was going on. I thought the price was fair. They gave me the option to call or get a callback to pay. After I got out of work I got a call, paid by credit card and got my receipt on the phone. Very easy! My heating system has been working since. Maybe too well-my kids are complaining it’s now too hot lol!

We have had to use Bell Cow for two years because they installed the system in our new home and were responsible for the warranty. In nearly every interaction we were displeased. First, they tried to claim the warranty had expired a year earlier than was in the contract. When they did come to perform the service, they took shortcuts and provided poor service. Our warranty has now legitimately expired, so we will never use this company again.
