James service was outstanding. I'm requesting his service again. He was exceptionally professional and went the extra yard to meet all needs I asked him too do. He remove the salt out of my water machine and put it around my air conditioner on the side of my house. He replaced three filters under the sink in the kitchen. I was able to put bug spray in the garage, where the water system is. I'm requesting him to be the one too come for my next needed service. ud83dudcafud83dudc4dud83eudd38ud83dude07.
I highly recommend Plumbing by BFW. Customer service and information flow leading up to the appointment were awesome. Emilio actually called to see if he could come by early because he had completed his other work orders earlier than anticipated. Once he was on site he worked quickly and the quality of work was professional. Keep in mind...this was a same day appointment. I have NEVER experienced this level of service from plumbers in the Fayetteville area. I will certainly be calling this company for all of my future plumbing requirements.
Sergio and Dakota were both professional and prompt to service our bottle free water today. They also did inspection of our home for tankless water heater for estimate. Sergio took time to explain the detail and explained to us what needed to be done. He went further to clean out one of our faucets so the water could flow better. That was very kind of him. Sergio and his partner Dakota were both polite and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Sergio and his companion arrived on time for appointments on two separate days. Both services were complete quickly and efficiently. Both men were curious, respectful and professional. They were flexible with the needs of my family and I, and did a great job for all services rendered. Great job guys.
Sergio was extremely professional and responsive. He doesn't cut corners to get the job done. It is hard to find people like Sergio and his work ethic. We definitely would hire him again. Highly recommended.
