I waited over two weeks for the appointment for an estimate. The date of the appointment comes around so I leave a project to meet the plumber and the plumber doesn't show up. Excuses are made and of course they would be happy to give me another date for the estimate three weeks from now. I'll just find another plumber.
Have used Billy's Plumbing for both personal and work-related plumbing needs. Billy is a genuine guy, knowledgeable and experienced. He takes pride in the work that he and his crews do. Their prices are reasonable, and you can have confidence that the job has been done right.
Wonderful visit, excellent advise on what might resolve our plumbing problem. He'll be back in two days with material's to correct our years- old drainage issue - we can't wait!
Recently had professional quality same day service from Billy's plumbing. The only complaint was I was responsible for paying for the technicians time to go get the part after I described the issue on the phone, which resulted in me paying for 1 1/2 hours in labor for 5 minutes worth of work. I appreciate the professionalism of the owner who called back to discuss my concern
This was the second time I had to call someone about the same problem but it was worse this time. Billy's Plumbing came out and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem at a very affordable rate. The other plumbing company just gave me a temporary fix. I will definitely use them again. Good to know there are still good and honest tradesmen out there! Highly recommend!!
