Previous low reviews was due to those customers not properly communicating their issues and getting an acknowledgement from the employees. They must learn to articulate better.nnI have not had any issues with any sewn requests or dry cleaning requests so far. Great location in this area and reliable service.

This place is closed with no forwarding address. They provided excellent service with a quick turn around. Hate to see them gone like that.

Absolutely disappointing. I brought my winter coat in because my cat peed on. I know it's not an easy thing to get out and told the gentleman what happened when I brought it in. He did not say anything about not being able to get the smell out. Otherwise, I would have tried to go somewhere else. Anyways, when the coat was picked up, it still smelled and looked like it had been sitting there all week. I spoke to the lady at the desk and she said she did not have a note regarding the cat pee issue. I informed her that I did tell the gentleman and she said she would clean it again and try to get it out. I just came to pick it up today and the first thing he says to me is that I need to get rid of my cat! I asked for a refund because I was mad that my coat still smelled and how rude that comment was. Now looking at it in the car, it looks like it still wasn't even cleaned at all! No redund! Terrible service, disrespectful and poor communication. Do not go here unless you want to pay for absolutely nothing.

Called and asked if they did Navy military creases. When I get there says he’s one of the only shops that does Navy, and gets Navy uniforms from all over. Get home and realize not only did they not do military creases but they took them out on both my shirt and my pants. Won’t be going back here anytime soon.
