When I walked in the door, I said hello, how are you and the lady behind the desk didn't say a word. So, I said hello again and she said, I said hello, very rude. If this is how my service starts, I will find another cleaners. So, I grab my bag and said have a good and I left. When people are in customer service their personality should reflect their service.
