I have been going there for a long time, the lady that usually waits o. Me was gone and a slim mid 30s African American lady treated me like I was bothering her. She litterally told me she did not know where my cloths were. I said is that not what the receipt tag is for, to track where the cloths are. I wont be back.

Recently took my jrotc uniform here and they didn’t put the whole thing back...my uniform shirt was not there so I will have to go back and see where it is
I dropped off two suits on 10/11/2018 for an event I have on 10/13/2018. I was told they would be done by the 12th at 5pm, So i dropped them off. I called the store on the 12th around noon, and received no answer. I went into the store about an hour later to find out they were not in yet... no issue I was early. I called at 4pm and was told truck wasn't in, and I called again at 445 and was told it had arrived.. but my items had not. She was completely unaware of the time saying if you call back between 430 and 5 it should be it. I asked why it wasn't on the truck and not at the store and I was told that they had received flooding from Tropical Storm Matthew and that's why there was a delay. I expressed I was upset, and then she offered to call the main store and find out what was going on and told me to call back in 5 mins. I gave her nearly 10, called back and she never called and told me to call back in 5 minutes, and then still was not ready. After this drop off I will not use Smitty's again.
