The carpet cleaner tech and the company was very unprofessional and rude. I ask him to let me know when he cleans the carpet under the bed. Because I would move the bed so the entire area would be clean. He was not honest about it. He had packed up his equipment ready to leave. I asked him again did he clean under the bed. He said yes, I checked and it was not clean at all. I then asked him could he please clean that area, I would move the bed. He start getting very loud with me. He came back in my house slamming his hose and equipment on my floor. My Mother was on the phone with me. She ask me who is screaming at me and slamming things so loudly. The tech lied to me about cleaning under the bed in my face. I then called the company and explained how he lied, screamed, and slammed his equipment in my house. The company said I’m sure he did a good job. I would never recommend this company to anyone because they are very unprofessional, they will lie to you, horrible customer service, and will half way clean your carpet.

Robert with Total Clean arrived right on time, he was friendly and professional, and he did an amazing and thorough job cleaning our bedrooms, hallway, and stairs that had quite a few puppy stains. The charge for services was significantly less than the quotes we received from other companies.

Chase was very professional and informative on telling me everything that was gonna be done up front for the carpet cleaning process. He also did a great job on repairing a few holes I had in the carpet. He was very friendly and displayed a good work ethic. The job was done in a timely manner.
