Giant THANK YOU to Todd and Checkered Flag Plumbing. Highly recommend Checkered Flag. Had an incident where a washcloth jammed the toilet and within 2 minutes, the problem was solved. The company responded quickly to my call this morning and within 3 hours they were at the house to fix it. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service. Can't thank them enough.
We had a hot water heater that would not light. e-mailed on a Sunday via the website and got a response on Sunday! Set up for Doug to come out the following weekend when we were back in town. Originally set up for a Friday afternoon, however, they had an emergency and we reset for the following morning. Response was awesome from this group of folks and Doug showed up right on time the next morning. Turns out our issue was not a costly one, thank goodness. We would definitely call on Checkered Flag for any future issues. Highly recommend them. Thanks to Kristen and Doug for working with us!
They were very professional and actually did the service at no charge since it was septic related not plumbing. They gave me a great referral and followed up on the service call. Will definitely use again!
Doug and his team were extremely prompt returning my email inquiry. He assessed the situation and gave me options while answering all of my questions.
