Keith was amazing. Kind, professional and literally came over the second we hung up. He quoted me 300.00 and it was 300.00, honest and fair. We will continue to use him moving forward for all of our septic needs.
Mr. Roberts was prompt and available quickly to assist with our sewage alarm so he fairly deserves a good rating for that. However, after bringing in the company who installed our system (the very next day), the fix was actually very quick and easy and only cost $135 instead of the $400 I paid Mr. Roberts the day before. He is a pumper and the solution will always be to pump. If you need in depth knowledge of septic systems- he is not the guy to call.

Beware. This guy will quote you one price then when is finished he will double charge you. I have talked to several people in my neighborhood and done the same thing. He tells you one price over the phone and when he is finished he double charge you. Buyer beware he's a scammer
