Contacted Brandon this morning to schedule to have my septic tank pumped. He was at my house before 430 & tank was drained within 30 minutes. Exceeded my expectations & highly recommend. Very professional, get-the-job-done kinda person.
I highly recommend this company for septic tank installation. Not only are they prompt, they do what they say they are going to (which is HUGE these days!!) and they are very reasonably priced. If you need a septic installation, you should definitely use Loose Ends.
We had a late Friday evening backup and were in need ASAP. I googled local 24hr. septic companies and Loose Ends was one of the first few to pop up. When I made the call Brandon answered and was quick to answer our questions. He said he would be over soon! Within an hour (9:30 on a Friday night), Brandon arrived and pumped our tank with a smile on his face. Fast, Friendly, Affordable and Efficient. What more could you ask for?! Really nice guy and easy to talk to. Showed up within a couple hours of calling and was done in no time. Would definitely recommend.
Firstly- he answered the phone, asked a few questions and gave me an estimate as well as a time frame. He was able to do the job that day, gave me suggestions and told him to call back in 4-5 years. Great experience!!!
