Pricey but worth every penny. Great sub with quality ingredients. Very fast service. I called in my order and it was ready as soon as I got there to pick it up.
Ingredients were great as usual, workers were friendly, but my gluten free roll was stale. It happens 50% of the time. It gets tiring.
1st off, the review of Chase is a spoiled it. 2nd, they are another location that is consistent, friendly and know their customers. They know their regulars and these employees take pride in their work and developing new friendly regulars. Theres was 2 times I messed my order up online and they made me a new one and told me to keep the other. That's GREAT service and accommodation. They have a great workflow when handling lunch time and another example of why I, and millions of others, will continue to be a patron! Clean facility, accommodation, friendly staff and exceptional service! Keep it up and I hope the corp comps you for all you do!
I will give credit to the rosemary parm bread that was done quite nicely and the extra amount of meat on my sub. I only have three critiques for one employee there. One you need to work on your costumer etiquette. If you are going to be helpful to costumers you should be more respectful and not show frustration so easily. Two it is first in, first out. You should flip the plan and put the new food on the bottom so that you arent serving unfresh food. Third do not use the sanitization towel that you use for the table to whip down the outside of the trash container. That is highly unsanitary.
There food is fantastic, great service, their place is clean, and clean, Bathroom too! Really enjoyed my sandwich!!! Enjoyed the tea, it was perfect!
