Walked in here early with 3 kids. Ages 11-7. They were hungry and awake. I forget her name with the braids. When I say phenomenal!!! She was patient and awesome. Even when a guy was trying to get pick at her (she was the only associate here at 930). She keep her composure. Smiled and served him with a smile!

I placed an order through the subway app and accidently sent the order to this store. After calling multiple times trying to cancel the order, I finally got through to someone after calling customer service at walmart and asking them to see if they could get subway to pick up the phone. Not only would they not cancel the order or refund my money, they suggested I call my bank and tell them I didn't make the transaction, knowing I cannot legally do that. Terrible customer service. Avoid this subway.

This is about the worst subway I've ever encountered in my life. The staff doesn't even honor the promotions that are on the sign and in addition to that I had one member of the staff advise me not to eat their eggs.nWhen I asked them to honor the price promotion on the sign she simply ignored it and took the sign down. When I call customer service I have not heard one word back about this incident. The only thing that I can say is you've lost my business and Jersey Mike's will be my next choice. Not even worth 1 star.nperhaps if they pay their employees a little bit more money they would get better results. I've always heard that Subway is on the worst as far as compensation

Didn’t have anything read no soup, no pickles, no cold cut. It was terrible and the customer service sucks. Won’t ever come here again.

This location desperately needs help with proper bread making and cleaning. The newer infused juice was empty and the bar was very dirty. Trash was everywhere on the floor behind the bar. My bread was burnt. The worker was very friendly. I have only eaten at this location twice ever, and I was very disappointed.
