Brought my husband's $100 suit in to be cleaned. Came back with stains and snags in the fabric. Elite claims they didn't do it and refused to do anything about it. Will not be using them any longer and i would recommend you find another cleaners...

Elite damaged 2 of my shirts and refused to take responsibility. They tried to blame it on some other cleaner but I have used Elite exclusively for at least a year. I'll take my business elsewhere.
