My hot water heater needed to be replaced. Felix and Waylon came in and and put it in. They displayed excellent customer skills and were very knowledgeable, they had my hot water heater in, in a very short time. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
I had the occasion to use this company a couple of years ago;and did they ever do the job!!!!nThey were extremely professional, and exceptionally competent. I hope they stay in business and that they prosper . They were respectful of my property and very courteous to me. And another thing, the price was reasonable. May God bless this company forever.
Very happy with my service. They were able to send someone out immediately and fix several problems we were having throughout the house. I was very impressed with how fast the job was done and how friendly Steven (the plumber) was. I would definitely use them again in the future.
The alarm on my septic grinder was going off. I called Rooter Wizard and Steven, the owner, came to my house the next morning. He was very personable and professional. He opened the tank, emptied it, tested the pump, then spent several minutes cleaning out all the debris. The whole time he was answering any question I asked. After all that he didn’t even charge me! I couldn’t believe it! He only asked that I call him in the future. AND I WILL!!!! I’m a life long Rooter Wizard customer now ud83dude01!
