I called and spoke to a woman at 2:30pm on Friday, July 26th about having a jacket dry cleaned. She told me “If you can have it up here before 8am...we can have it ready for you to pick up by 4:30pm tomorrow). I asked her what time they closed that afternoon and she told me 5pm, so I asked if I could go ahead and bring it up there now and she told me “no, bring it before 8am”. Well...it is now 8:58am and I have been sitting up here in the parking lot since 7:30am staring at a closed sign on the door for an hour and a 1/2 now because she specifically said “before 8am”. There isn’t a car in site, I’ve gone up and knocked twice and have called several times with no answer. What kind of business etiquette is this?? We’ve been needing to find a local cleaners for our dry cleaning needs and Exclusive Cleaners just insured that they will NEVER get my business OR good word of mouth from me!!
