I was very pleased with the professional and thorough service performed. Steven and Isaiah were extremely helpful and explained the problem and solution. Steven and Isaiah located and unclogged a blocked waste line. I have since been able to use my kitchen sink and washing machine without water backing up. Steven tested the kitchen sink and washing machine to ensure the blockage was clear and seemed to genuinely care about doing right by the customer. Also, Steven provided a great suggestion which will allow water to flow freely in the future. Steven also explained other services performed by Quick Rooter as I'm looking to have some work done to my bathroom. Quick Rooter is reliable, affordable and came through when no one else did!
