Valley Park

For the most part I am having a great experience so far! Lexi was able to help me start to finish with ease. Was always there to answer any questions. The apartments are fairly renovated and things are pretty new. I love how clean everything is and have not seen one bug like other places I researched. Maintenance is extremely fast! Sometimes even comes day of for non-emergencies. Very friendly maintenence men and staff at the office. Quiet neighborhood and well kept. Good price for what you get. Would've given 5 stars if there were more cabinets in the kitchen rather than a whole empty area. Also, you guys should look into setting up your washer and dryer at the bottom of the sink and not in the faucet on the top in your 1 bedroom. Would also be nice for some newer and more spacious washer and dryers. Overall wonderful experience. I LOVE the size of my storage closet and beautiful balcony. Makes for so much space in the home. Thank you for a beautiful place at a good price!

We lived at Valley Park for 3 years. Moving out was hard to do but it was time for us to move on to other things otherwise we would still be there. Valley Park has a great management. Shushanna was a great manager and has been the manager since we moved in which is unusual for some places. Moving in was a great experience and easy. The apartment was great and more than we expected. The complex was exceptional and has a playground, tennis court and basketball court as well as a fitness room. It is quiet even though it is close to the freeway. Our apartment was as close to the freeway as you could get and it was quiet. The apartment is near most things you would need including groceries, entertainment and is good for most commutes since it is right off the Belt Route which wraps around Salt Lake County. The best part about living at Valley Park was the apartments and the management. Maintenance took care of things and were really great too. We didn't need them for much though but when we did they always took care of things. They also update their property regularly. In the time we lived there they repaved the parking and driveways, added brand new mailboxes and created a parking loop at the mailboxes so people could park to pick up mail without blocking traffic, added a gate to secure the property even though this was a really safe place to live even before, redid the water pipes in our entire building just as part of regular maintenance and so much more. I know they did this in other buildings as well because they put out a monthly newsletter where they talked about their projects. I would really recommend Valley Park. I've lived in a lot of places in the valley over the years and they are by far one of the best. If I had to give one negative it may be that this is a kid friendly place to live and if you don't like kids then you might be annoyed if you choose an apartment close to the pool or playground but this is a big complex so just pick an apartment that is away from those areas and you will love it too. This wasn't a problem for us and shouldn't be for you either.

I have loved living here. Very safe community, people are friendly, ladies in the office are great! Always so nice and bright smiling faces! If you are looking to rent and would like to live in west valley come here so close to everything!

This is our second year renting here and I highly recommend here. Not only the apartments are nice but the staff members are kind, supportive, helpful and good people. We have been struggling alot and with the help of the staff, my husband Bingham and I were able to catch up with everything with their help and patience. Love it here, our Son loves it here. Whenever we need something, they always pull through for their tenants. Go VALLEY PARK !!!

After having lost EVERYTHING, in a apartment fire... ValleyPark was there to at least put my fiance and I into a place of new begannings!!! Having somewhere to at least lay your head really helps the hardships settle a bit... Then after three months of residence, I'm served with trespassing papers not via email or text message as we have been communicating for the past 3 months!!! Now I have to live on the street, after paying the application fee and verbally speaking with signing paper with work with the leasing office, thank you all so f****** much
