Jon was so helpful and supportive and we felt really comfortable working with him. He was very responsive but NEVER pushy, which was a big plus for us. We really appreciated how quickly he responded to our questions and took the time to explain. When we had houses we were interested in, he quickly responded to our requests and made arrangements to show the houses. He took the time to come visit the houses with us to help us figure out what we wanted in our dream house. We were fortunate to find the house we wanted in about 2-3 weeks of searching and visiting 5-6 different houses with him. He was very quick to make arrangements when we found the house we wanted and he made the buying process so smooth. We are so glad that Jon was our agent.

Jon was very easy to work with. He was highly motivated to get us into a house that met our expectations and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. He was attentive to what we were wanting in a house and never pushed us to make a decision we weren't ready to make. He knows the Salt Lake area very well and provided valuable opinions on certain locations as well as what to pay attention to when looking at each home. I would highly recommend Jon as your realtor - He takes the stress out of buying a home and actually made the process enjoyable!

We had a phenomenal experience working with Jon! He was knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job explaining everything, which we especially appreciated as first-time homebuyers. The final steps & waiting process were complex but he was with us every step of the way, and did everything in his power to make sure it went smoothly. And it worked out! We feel lucky to have found him. Definitely recommend working with him!

We highly, highly recommend Jon! We emailed him, he called us within five minutes, and then came out to our house that night to get the ball rolling. He had our home listed the next day and within 24 hours we had 15 showings and five offers. Jon also communicated with our out of state agent and in one weekend we were able to go under contract on both the home we were selling and the one we bought. He made the process easy and we had complete confidence we were in good hands. Jon responded to emails, texts, and calls very quickly and was happy to answer questions and explain the process as we went. We felt like he had our back. You can't go wrong with Jon!
