They are not professional cleaners they had my vehicle for over 8 hours and it still was nasty with a lot of stsins in the carpet plus gum still in the carpet and paper wrapping in between the seat like I said they get one star like low on the board I would never use their service again!!!!!
Highly overpriced—I went in to get my grandpa’s oil changed, and they said the alternator was shot and wouldn’t make it much longer. I didn’t want to take any chances bc my grandpa is 83; he doesn’t need to break down. They gave me a price and I said “go ahead!” I googled the average cost and noticed it was well above the highest price but didn’t say anything. Took it to another mechanic today(bad gas), and he informed me that I was ripped off. He told me he could have done the same job, same part for less than half the price. I’ll never go back there, and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know how I got played. Fooled me once, won’t happen again! Folks, shop around! There are plenty of good, honest mechanics around Columbia. Don’t be me. :)

Convenient, fast, pricey.
My car was washed and cleaned very well and it smelled so good when it was delivered back to me. Also, I had the oiled changed and the car serviced. I will definitely be returning to Cox Quick Lube again. The folks there are friendly and professional.
