Set up an appointment to view an available apartment, the communication through text was nice. Showed up and sat in an empty lobby, I could hear what I assumed where the employees in a closed office, blinds shut, having a good time chatting and carrying on. I left after 15 minutes of no one greeting me and listening to the phone ring off the hook. I won't be coming back. I'd hate to see how I'd be treated living there.

Enclave at Redwood is a fantastic community to live in! Grounds are very well maintained and the maintenance team is on point! Silvia was amazing to work with. Her professionalism is top notch!

The absolute worst. Rent was supposed to be 850$ a month & we were paying 1,200 & when it was late we were charged $180 more. They didn’t care what we had to say, they only cared about the money. After moving out we needed to pick up 2 very valuable boxes & asked them. They told us sure come tomorrow at 10 am. We were there at 10, nobody showed up so we went to the office they said they didn’t care what they said before that they threw all out things away because somebody rented out the apartment already yet they hadn’t even cleaned it yet.

Lived here for almost 2 years & I totally love my experience. maintenance team is amazing & the staff is also very attentive. Probably will stay here for a few more years.
