I have a lot of reasons to believe I have been discriminated against by Samra B of this complex. For no reason she has been leaving eviction notices on my door. Telling me I’m not on the lease when I was charged to be added to the lease. Documents have been altered by her, and she can’t tell me why I’m being evicted. I don’t owe anything! In fact I have paid over $700 not related to rent fees! They won’t tell me where the money went. Corporate got involved and told me don’t worry about a thing, that’s how I know something is off. I have a lot more information, just leaving this to let you know I’m sueing this complex for racial discrimination, pain and emotional distress, given I have documented PTSD. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here, rent is 1k you’ll be better off paying another 100 or two and moving to a better area and complex where they won’t try to put you out for being BLACK!

This rating is based on the speeding leasing process and how helpful they were. I will leave reviews after my lease is up. But I needed a quick move with my job starting this weekend and they helped me through everything and you really can’t beat the move in price anywhere else! I’m excited and hoping my apartment isn’t really like what the other reviews say. But I’m looking forward to my new home based off of the kind service!! -Kali Pei

I love my apartment! The area surrounding us is beautiful. However there isn't enough parking in my area for guest, and the stairs are very hard to do with them all being different sizes and thickness

Worst apartments ever the main manager is extremely rude always! But that's not the real problem they are the biggest slum Lord ever. I have been here for 2 years not to mention how I was lied to about the rent$ two months after signing my lease they say my rent was $200 more then quoted on my lease then I have a huge leak from the apartment upstairs the leave this for months telling me the are getting a plumber after 3 months they don't stop the leak they just patch the hole and left it unpainted ( and it continues to leak into the walls) so it gets worse about six months ago we had water come up from all of our drains flooding the entire apartment their resolution was to stick a fan in my apartment for two days nothing else now about every other week our entire apartment floods and all they say is hhmmm must have been backed up. Duh our apartment is in 3 inches of water so yeah..their resolution to all of this was to raise our rent so they now want over $1000 a month for a tiny leaky moldy uncomfortable studio apartment..save yourself the headache and room with gang members in Glendale cheaper rent and better atmosphere.

Do not ever move here if you want to keep your sanity. Management here is absolutely horrendous I've had a major issue with upstairs neighbors and they refuse to do anything about it. They also are very slow when it comes to any issues that you need fixed with the apartment. I had a leaky ceiling when I moved it and it took them almost 3 months to fix. This place is super expensive and very overrated. The only thing good about this apartment is the year round hot tub.
