I was blown away by the customer service at Rainbow. I dropped off clothes at 5:55 pm. This was my first time using Rainbow and I explained that I am new to Oxford. The two amazing Ole Miss sophomores stopped and told me everything that I needed to know. They weren’t in any hurry to close up on a Friday evening ( even if they felt it, they didn’t show it ). They offered me a suggestion to save money and then they recommended restaurants in Oxford - both shared their favorite willingly. This service is absolutely incredible. Head to Rainbow for amazing service and the friendliest team in town! This place is special!!!

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this place! I dropped my husbands jacket off on Monday at university cleaner and was told to pickup Wednesday. I came back wed morning and was told it wasn’t supposed to be ready until four, but I could try to grab them from the main store (rainbow cleaners) and pick them up if I didn’t want to wait that long.nWith my schedule I was unable to wait that long, so I called and checked if they could do that for me.nEveryone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly nice, and when we got to the cleaners my two year old daughter had to go potty and they guided us to the bathroom in the office.nI’ve never seen anyone go so out of their way to help a customer out, I highly recommend them! I had to write this before I even left the parking lot because it meant so much to me.nThankyou Rainbow Cleaners!
