Do NOT borrow from them.nnI borrowed money back in 2015, and I'm here to review so you won't have to go through what I went through. If you're underpaid and overworked, you'll suffer paying them back. Thankfully, I was blessed with money randomly and was able them off quickly. They charge interest upfront, which makes it more of a challenge (at least they did when I got my loan). I'd rather get a credit card. STAY AWAY.

Hello, I must say at first I would recommend this company but after last year I can not. I am so confused on how you approve your customers. I went in for a back to school loan when they were running that special last year, got denied. They stated more income going out than coming in that's the reason I got denied. A month later, income has not change, I get a call advising you are approved for a loan. A year later just a few weeks ago, went in for a loan and got denied again. My income has increased and no additional billing from last time. Guess what? They are singing the same song, more going out than coming in. When I questioned their reason and put them on the spot that is when they turn around and said, you need to pay something off. I only have two bills- car note and student loan. I am sorry but I can not pay off those two just for a $500 loan. I must say I was SO upset , the loan was for my only child's first car. Moms can you imagine you wanting that for your child and the only thing missing was that and you get turned down. The reason as you can see earlier in the year was not clear and not this time either. I am still VERY upset about this. I will pay my $500.00 balance out as soon as possible and will be done with this company. I will NOT recommend them nor give them a good review. The ONLY reason I did one star is because it would not let me post without picking one.

I walked in with the collateral required for asking for a $5000 loan. Yet -due to my low income I was turned down. Very disappointed as I had things I wished to pay off . I won't reccommend them to anyone like me.

Since the beginnig 1st Franklin has been a huge help to me - Will definitely go back to see them and highly recommend! Great and friendly staff!
