Internet service has been out more than on the last 3 weeks... why even keep paying for it?nnThe last 5 years of service have been riddled with constant outages anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days usually. I've had very poor experiences overall with the internet and will be switching the minute Cspire is available.nnI have been out of town and unable to access my thermostats during the winter weather or my cameras.nnI would get more enjoyment setting money on fire than paying for this.

Absolutely horrible experience with max south. Expect your WiFi to go out every 3-4 days for 3-4 hours if you live in the oxford area. My WiFi just went out and I have a final exam in two hours. Max south’s only advice was “plan for the worst it probably wont be back up in two hours”... what do i even pay these clowns for? You can’t be a internet provider in a college town that has a network that goes down every few days during preparations for final exams. They are consistently horrible with the quality of their service.

February 11 2021 I switched from Dish to Maxx South worst mistake everud83dude21. My internet lose connection every 5 minutes. I can’t even watch a whole television show without internet connection has failed coming across my television screen. This is so frustrating ud83dude44 I’ve called MaxxSouth numerous of times. One technician says everything looks as if it connected correctly. I had too actually convince him that something is wrong. ud83eudd14 I’m thinking in my mind saying how would you know what’s going on if you’re not here too see or experience this frustrating situation. A technician came he replaced my modem he also checked the wiring. As soon as the technician left the internet loss connection again. I have too constantly unplug and reboot my modem to get internet connection again for only maybe 30 minutes. I left a message for a manager to contact me because I shouldn’t have too pay this bill because this service has only brought me disappointment, frustration and very unsatisfactory☹ufe0f. I advise everyone to not waste their money and time. I’m in the process of searching for another company with better internet and cable

I ASKED WHY MY CLOTHES WERE WET HE SAID HE FIXED THE AIR CONDITIONS. BUT IT'S 34 TONITE IN TUNICA . SO HE ASK ME TO LEAVE AT 10 PM BECAUSE MY ROOM WAS WET. BAD BUSINESS NEVER COMING AGAIN.

I had some skipping/breaks in my programs. Walked into MaxxSouth on Jackson in Oxford, MS, last week. The women at the desk was prompt and kind. She resolved the issue at her computer. In-and-out in under 5 minutes. Once back home, the problem was solved. Nothing is easier!
