This was one of the largest nightmares I e ever encountered. Jason & Alicia Williams...David Garcia....and the present staff..Kyle..Violet...treat clients ..tenants..etc...worse than rats in N.Y.C. I felt sorry for Jason for years due to his being blind ...I was nice despite his verbal abuse due to his condition but when a landlord won't fix black mold...and fixtures...walls...floors of a polygamy mansion built over 100 years ago he owns in Sugarhouse it's time to walk the other way . Not one of the tenants who occupied apts within that mansion ...9 in all .each with it's own kitchen..bathroom...bedrooo ..living area could stand when Alicia Williams (Leeesa) would come collect quarters from the washer/dryer . She concidered everyone low-life to her supposedly high fluentibg lifestyle. Jason's claim to fame is that he gives people who just leave prison a second chance but it INLY because he hires them for super cheap to maintain hundreds of his properties in the SLC area or gets govt money for rent. They all have the same trait as another famous Utahn : Ted Bundy ..nice at first ...screws you over in an instant heartbeat the next. STAY FAR AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN FROM THIS ENTIRE INSANE VROUP OF PEOPLE ATTEMTING TO RUN SOME SORT OF UPRIGHT BUSINESS.

Worst place to ever do any kind of business with. They will charge you with random charges they made up and won’t help fix anything in the property. These people are slum lords at their finest. We are moving due to everyone be sick because of mold in the house. Hopefully someone shuts these horrible people down. Williams and Reynolds must be some stupid people to let this company manage their properties. I can’t wait to be done with Foreclosure connection.
