Waleska and her Team were UNBELIEVABLE in helping get through my toughest time in my life!! I was at Whit’s end with my Condo, my HOA and my options of what I needed to do to be responsible. I was behind in my mortgage and Facing forecloser! Waleska and Her team reached out to me. She gave me confidence and walked me through all of my options that I could understand. The best option for me was to Short Sale my condo and walk away from the property. That made is so I didn’t go into foreclosure and be on my record for the next 10 years!! I LOVE XA REALITY 💞

My wife and I were treated wonderful. Waleska Iglesias came to our apartment when we wanted to sell our condo. We are senior citizens and handicapped. Waleska was very personable, explained our options, and accepted our request. She explained the steps we would need to take very clearly, and after we accepted her as our realtor she promptly went to work. She kept us fully informed, and after the sale was completed she made it possible to complete the closing in our apartment because of our handicapped situation. Even after all was completed to our complete satisfaction she followed up to see if there was any additional things needed.
