Im new to Utah ! We’ve only been here 4 months but I love it! As far as mobile home parks go you can’t ask for a better one . Great amenities and cordial residents. We have been made to feel welcome and even the occasional train doesn’t bother us 😊

It's pretty quiet and the management is pretty awesome unless you have violations of having a dirty lot or parking in the wrong place. You will like living here.

We were interested in buying a home here. so I made an appointment with silken, the community manager. She decided to no call no show, leaving me waiting 30 minutes with nothing.
