You better be rich to live in Magna, because they'll deny you anyway. Seriously rich. Other reviews are right. They basically will deny you for any reason. You can live downtown for the same price. Might as well do that

Management and maintenance are awesome here at Elk Run Apartments, I have always had a good experience with both of them. The properly is always kept so clean and Management is always willing to help me with questions or any problems I have ! Thank for everything !

Hi, thanks for wasting my time for 2 full months of trying to get this apartment. So you could deny me based off, I don't know. I make too much money, I work consistently, I never been late on a payment. All those good things you clearly hate...

Great place to live!! Feels at home and welcoming! Would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice spot!

Don't bother applying to this apartment, your application will be denied even when you have 3 people on the lease that can all afford the rent on their own. Months of work and running all over the place to get everything they need for the application was an entire waste of time. Oh, and they don't do cosigning, you have to have your "cosigner" put on the lease completely. Elk Run away from this place
