I was in an accident on 70E today. I called 911 and was told they would sent a car. 20 mins later I call back and I'm told I am in Pine Lawn and not St. Louis City. I am transferred to Pine Lawn police; I had to go through the prompts. A lady comes to the line and I tell her I've been waiting on a car. She says it's a car on the way. I said how long she said it's a non emergency she didn't know and HUNG UP! Seriously! Now if I was speeding down 70E the police would have been available to pull me over.
