I visited this subway on 3/21/21.ms. Amiriah was working alone, and had a line back up to the door. Her customer service was impeccable!!!. We really need more like her during this time as we are still in the middle of an pandemic.

Usually I have a great experience at this location but today was different. There was a very unprofessional and rude plus childish employee at the front servicing. I asked for a special request and was asked what’s the difference I explained then she laughed with another co worker up from continuing to be unprofessional gave me the wrong order. I will not be returning especially if that employee is not giving the proper training for customer service.

Omg the lady who waited on me &made my sandwiches was super sweet..sorry I didn't catch her name but she had braids & was just the nicest ever & fast! Thank you Ms. Lady!! ❤

I ordered online a few minutes after I paid the young lady called and said they was out of bread. I explained to her that, that was all the money I had I needed to feed my family. She got in contact with her manager and her manager informed her that she will be to the store within a hour to refund me my money. One thing I can say she is a person of her word. She refunded my money and I was able to feed my kids... thank you so much. Just next time I’ll come inside and order instead of doing it online... Also the lady who was at the register was very nice and very understanding and she apologized to me also. I appreciate it. We need more ppl like her working in the food industry. Keep it up you guys!!!
