First and LAST time trying this place. Waited 50 minutes The total was $67 for 4 dinners. I Ordered 3 chicken dinners with mac n cheese and yams and one pork steak dinner with the same sides. Ten minutes after ordering i was told they were out of pork steaks. I agreed to take another chicken dinner instead. They told me they had to fry the chicken. Thirty minutes later after being asked what my order was 3 different times they tell me that they are now out of candied yams. They bring my chicken dinners out with french fries and didn’t even ask me if I wanted another side. They gave me mac n cheese in side containers with the attitude as if they were doing me a favor giving me one of the sides i originally asked for. Then I get home and all four dinners have rolls instead of cornbread which was told to them 3 different times. No apology’s or anything. This is the reason people don’t give Black Owned Business a chance!!!
This is my first time ever trying the food there and I must say I didn’t like it. I ordered the Sunday’s soul food platter that include greens, turkey leg, dressing, Cornbread, Mac and cheese. The greens were seasoned but they were mushy. The macaroni noodles were extra soft. The cornbread was very thick and dry. The turkey leg and dressing was ok. I probably would have gave them another try had they not have messed up the greens. Completely ruined the whole experience! I will not be returning.
Horrible customer service. And just Sad environmental vibes over all. Food is below average quality. And over priced for sure. I expected so much more. Would Not Recommend to anyone. STL gots to do better.
Would not recommend...customer service sucks....parking sucks, wait time horrible...called order in 30 minutes later arrived and had to wait 30 more minutes....food is absolutely not worth waiting a hour for...no sweetie pies that’s for sure...
