A life time shopper of aubuchons, I just received the rudest response of an employee. The store has been open for 10 minutes and I spot an employee on the floor with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, that being more important than my sale. I will go to the Greenfield store when I was once an employee.
Ordered large trash can online. Was ready for pickup in less than an hour. Trash can was at side door ready for pickup when I arrived.
This is a nice hardware store in Williamstown, Mass. They have a great selection of tools, paint, and garden goodies. They didn't have one of the things I needed, and, like true professionals, they sent me to a place where they did have what I needed. They saved the day for me! Very nice people!
The store is well stocked and well organized with very helpful staff. If you're planning a spring garden, you will find everything you want. It's a great place for browsing without a salesperson looking over your shoulder. Enjoy the experience!
I always get a lot of help and good advice from the folks who work at this place. I'm pretty much a newbie at everything I do and I like it, and on the other hand a lot of contractors go to this aubuchon too
