Unfortunately, what we thought was going to be a pleasant experience was an absolute nightmare. What would typically a 45 minute to 1 hour job took a full 72 hours. At that point, a full refund and removal of whatever was done was requested (they were still not finished at this point). They agreed. When the car was picked up, the car interior smelled like weed, the windows looked SCRATCHED and completely sticky because of the amount of tint glue left on, and we experienced nothing but unprofessionalism and attitude, when they were given nothing but patient and grace over the last 72 hours. AND $240 WAS PAID UP FRONT. “Leezy” stated “I mean you can’t even be mad. You got a full refund.” EXCUSE ME??? Customers come to you expecting a great tint job and instead, we were met with hatefulness and the job wasn’t even done.nnAbsolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Please take your business elsewhere; for your own sanity.
This company was super unprofessional with doing a tint on my car. They actually kept my car for 8 hours on the first day and did not accurately complete my tint. After receiving my car I told one of the workers it was wrong and he promised to do it correctly. The company kept my car for another 8hours on second day and it STILL WAS NOT COMPLETE! I called to request my car back and the employee was rude and hung up in my face. Upon getting my car back I noticed that my car had been driven, it smelled like drugs and there were scratches on my window. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a cyclist.
