Pretty darn good, but not perfect. I wish the burgers were a little thinner and crispier (no pink), like a traditional smash burger. The toppings quality and selection is all top notch, though.nnThe fries are as plentiful as ever, with a “regular” size easily feeding two. My wife and I enjoy the Cajun fries. My only complaint is that they tend to be cold and floppy.
I had a brief bad experience but they did correct it to more than my expectation. Even on my next visit tonight they were still trying to make the first visit even more right. In both instances the Food was great, and a A on customer retention!! Thank you to the Staff.
Great to see 5 actual guys working at 5 Guys. Great service, however I would give 5 Guys 5 stars but they forgot to add something to my simple burger order. I could not go back because I stay about 15 miles away from this location.
The reputation of 5 guys eludes me. I have tried 3 locations. Each time has been the same. It takes too long to get the order. The burger is good, but not great. It's too expensive for nothing special and the shakes are really not good. I will not be trying them again.
Quick and kind service whenever we come in! We stop here as a midway point everytime we travel! And the bathrooms are open and clean in the midst of Covid-19.
