Does not disappoint. It feels like the prices are going up every time I stop by.nYou can get in a restaurant and someone can serve you a dish and after the %20 tip you'll still pay less.nSorry, I know I can not be the only one
The guy who takes orders at the counter is a poor example of customer service. I went in to get a sandwich and order a party tray for tomorrow, but he said no it has to be 24 hours in advance. This is noon today and the party tray is for tomorrow evening, which if my math is good is more thsn 24 hours. He was a jackass saying sorry you cant order it for tomorrow. There are so many other better choices for subs, i will not be back to Penn Station
Sloppy sandwiches thrown in a bag and the juices from the sandwiches ended up eating through the bag and getting all over the carpet in my vehicle. Now my truck smells like Italian dressing ud83eudd28... Not to mention they forgot to toast my sub and they put it on White bread instead of wheat. I don't typically complain about stuff like this but my truck smells like a Greek salad.
The food was good but they didn't follow directions. One of the sandwiches was to be plain and it was not. Check your bag if you have specific instructions.
There were Two gentlemen working today wearing red shirts. They were both very friendly, greeting me as I entered and saying good bye as I left. My order was made correctly and quickly. My sandwich was delicious. I also ordered food Togo and they were thoughtful enough to ask if they should wait so it’ll be as fresh as possible. Thanks again!
