Lady in the drive up was very nice. Her customer service, ton of voice, everything just made you feel welcome, which is rare at fast food places anymore. Food was fresh, and still crunchy when I got it home.
I stopped in today to pick up lunch for my family. I ordered the 8 piece family meal with all chicken, french fries, green beans, 2 pieces of fish and a med soda. The total was $32 dollars and when I got it home my 8 piece meal was all fish. I have never had a problem with my orders being wrong before but I hope when I decide to go back things will be better. X
Went in to pick up order and read very surprised that the older gentleman packing up orders and handing them out wore his mask below his nose and sometimes on his chin and had on no gloves. Doing drive through from now on. At least they wear masks at the window. Otherwise the good treats great and portions are nice sized.
Staff very nice and food was cooked well. Over all a great experience.
There was only one employee trying to run the entire restaurant. It took forever to get my order but I'm not complaining about that at all. I want to take this opportunity to say that woman was working her tail off and never lost her cool. Of course customers can be rude but she was pleasant to everyone. I didn't get her name but thumbs up to you. I hope they find you some good help.
