Went there last Wednesday, the automated kiosk asked me me to insert my money and make my selection. When I followed the instruction and made my selection, it kept repeating the same request, it took my money but the automated car wash did not work. No one around to help, I called the on line listed number a dozen times and all I got was a busy signal. I will never go back, save your money, this business is a rip off.nI wouldn't even rate it as one star, I would give it a minus five stars.
Wish I could give 0 stars buuut...nI just used a vacuum machine and it ate all of my quarters. I tried calling the number for their facility but it’s disconnected ud83euddd0nSooo unless you’re just unloading trash, don’t come here.
Nothing here works. All of the vacuums eat your $ n dont work. The change dispenser eats your $ n doesnt give you change back. No signs anywhere warning customers that this may happen. The North adams location is even worse.
Overchaged me to wash my motorcycle $20
Found out why it seems like no one is ever here. On the self-wash bay there was no soap, very little pressure, and most of the other functions didn't work at all. I was just barely able to get the salt off my truck here.
