First let me say, this is the second time we have used this company. The first time was also a great experience. We are very pleased with this service. They came all the way out to us in the country when roads were snow covered with extreme cold in the negative, the very next morning after I called. We have radiant floor heat with a boiler and I believe he made 3 trips in this weather as we requested thermostats changed out as an add on. My husband was so impressed with the knowledge and attitude of the service rep. We can’t thank them enough and will only use them for both our homes. They have been impressive, to say the least.
Josh was our service guy today and we were very impressed. We have never had a plumbing issue at home and this being our first was a very scary situation. Josh was polite and kind. He explained everything that was going on in a way we could understand. He gave us options and treated us with respect. He went above and beyond taking care of everything and we are so thankful we lucked out and got him! Josh is very good at his job but is also just great with people. Put us both at ease. Thank you so much for your help Josh. When we have another problem at home we know who we are going to call!
Cory and Scott were very knowledgeable in doing systems analysis and repair to my hot water heater. It was a pleasure having them coming into my home.nnI want to emphasize the technical skill to diagnose and perform such a “spot on) repair to my hot water system today.nnWhat I appreciated especially was their taking the time to explain the nature of the thermostat problem in terms I understand.nnWhile here, Cory also found another problem with my water expansion valve. I have used All Klear many times in the past and have always had a great experience with them. Today Darin Rains came out to repair a leaking water line and the problem was diagnosed and repaired promptly with minimal removal of drywall and mess. I am very happy with Darin’s work and he was also very courteous. All the technicians I have ever worked with at All Klear have been great! The office staff also are great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repair of any systems in your home. Thanks All Klear and Darin for taking care of me today!
My service technician was Cory with plumbing. He did an incredible job of explaining the process and getting us fixed up. This was an after hours call for a front spigot and if he had not repaired it we would have had to go with our main water valve shut off through the night and in the morning. We really appreciate the work he did as well as the care and kindness he showed in assisting us in our time of need. I highly recommend this technician and will be using him again for all plumbing assistance and advice.
