I have used All Hours for years now and have been pleased every single time! This was no exception! The first day Cory was professional and did not hesitate to educate me on prevention and the problems at hand. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and what to look for in the future. He also worked extremely hard to find the cause of the issues. The second day Scott and Tanner were up for the task at hand. They were professional, efficient, & communicated very well. I always feel comfortable & safe with the employees of All Hours which is huge for a female! I recommend All Hours to everyone!

We just had them install a new AC and furnace. Once again, my wife and I were not disappointed. They lived up to the service and communication we have experienced since the first time we called them five years ago.nWhen trying to choose an air conditioner/furnace system, we told them what we wanted and Ray gave us the options. There was no high pressure, and I sat back and let him talk with my wife about what to get. He did not insult her by talking back to me or talking down to her because she was a female, but instead made her feel as though her questions and thoughts were important.nnWhen they installed the system, they were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Once again, we could have not asked for a better company to help us with these kind of projects.nnNot long after we bought our house, we had a backup from our toilets at midnight in February. We called 2 plumbers who would not come out. We then called All Hours and they had a man out in about 45 min. and he spent 2 hrs. snaking the pipes. He did not complain once, told us what our problem was, and our options. He was courteous and friendly. Last month we called them to look at our a.c. and they had a man out the next day. He told us the problem and what he needed to do to fix it and was not condescending in his explanation. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need, but told us of a program they had to save us money on annual check ups. Again, he, also was polite, friendly and informative.nnMy wife and I will never call anyone else for our plumbing, heating, or a.c. needs. All Hours is old school in the way business used to be conducted. There is no need to look any father than All Hours!

They were exceptionally thorough. All of these employees go above & beyond for customers. I highly recommend this 10⭐company!

Josh did wonderful! We had a late night plumbing emergency. Josh arrived within 20 minutes. He was very thorough and gave tips on how to prevent our issue in the future. I called All Hours Plumbing on the recommendation of my boyfriends, his family and job both use All Hours. Once I looked at all the reviews and the nearly 5 star rating I was sold. Thank you so much for all your guys do!

We had very low water pressure in the shower in the main bathroom. I wasn't sure if it was the valve or not and wasn't comfortable messing with it.nnBrian showed up the day we called, took a look at the issue and determined it was the valve. He even said if he replaced it and that didn't fix it then he'd out the old one back in and keep looking for the issue. Well, it was the valve. He really had to pull on it to get it out. Getting the new one in was easy. He reinstalled everything back on top of the valve and it was instantly better.nnNow when we run out son's bath it takes just a few minutes to get the water up to temp and the tub filled versus the 10-15 minute process prior to the valve being replaced.nnIt wasn't cheap, but I'm glad it's fixed. Brian left me the tag of the valve he used so that I could tackle our other shower valve if and when it needed it.nnI'd recommend All Hours.
