Water was backing up into the tub and shower. Had to call after hours. Alan was the professional that I spoke to. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the issue and took care of it promptly. He was on time and worked efficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend their services.

We had Allen out for a pretty gnarly drain clog in out kitchen. He was beyond wonderful, professional and a pleasure to speak with. He was able to free up our clog initially. We did have Kyle out the next day to free up wvwn more of the clog - which is simply due to us having metal piping in an older home.nnWe will definitely have DeLong handle our large re-piping of our entire system in the near future. Nothing but awesome service and a decent price. So glad we chose DeLong over other local companies! We are a customer for life.

Called in the morning after I found the leak in the basement. Dispatcher indicated that they were booked, but could send out a technician after 5 on overtime. However she indicated that if they had an opening they would call. Well, they called and came out around 2:40. Allen Ryser was the tech. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour!! He was professional and did me a solid. What could have been a potential disastrous problem requiring backhoes and tearing up my front yard, was solved with some confidence and ingenuity on his part. He even filled my water softener up with salts before he left. I would recommend DeLong to anyone in Springfield who want to use local Union help that gets the job done and done right. They are true to their motto of their family helping my family. Great Job Allen and the DeLong Team. You make Springfield proud

Always excellent service with their excellent plumbers and heating and air technicians. I have used them three times. Every single time, the job was finished quicker and for cheaper than I expected. A really top notch and professional company.

DeLong has been a lifesaver! They come out twice a year to make sure my systems are running properly and efficiently, and change my filters. Plus anytime I've needed service, they are honest and dependable - which I appreciate as a single, female home owner.
