We booked a guided tour and trivia experience for an office team building trip and were blown away by the Museum staff and facilities.nnThey have done a fantastic job at creating an educational and interactive space that is both visually stunning and easy to navigate. Our favorite floor being the top floor Route 66 portion!nnAfter the guided tour we made our way over to the Fox Theatre and got to experience the amazing Trivia Experience. Though we ended up being a smaller group than expected they did an amazing job keeping it fun and informative!!!

I didnt technically go to the History museum but I did go on the Haunted History Ghost Tour and wow. It was so good. The guide was very knowledgeable and the walking really wasnt as bad as i had expected. It is a few block square around down town. The history stories combines with ghost stories... squeal. I have lived in the area my entire life and there were things I didnt even know so even if you are local it is still s ok mething fun and spooky. Also they did a great job with social distancing and everyone had on a mask the entire time. When we stopped everyone spread out the best the could but I never felt unsafe or anything. It was fun and I highly recommend everyone go and have not only a spooky night but support the history museum

It's surprisingly interactive. From videos discussing history within Springfield and Native Americans to interactive content like the time-traveling trolley and shoot the target on the 5th floor. It was a great experience.
