I should have rated this 5 to begin with. Anyway, went for a oil change and was told I didn't need to. Even with the date saying so. .I appreciate that! Checked all my fluids and tire pressure anyway and didn't charge me. I would have paid just for that service they gave! Thanks to all for your hard work and dedication. GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE!!
Well at first I thought it wad doing a good job for a car wash but it was eating the plastic on my windows then they denied it so last time I went through i really knew for sure 100 percent it was eating the plastic rubber on my window honestly if they would pay for the replacement I would be happier but they made a claim and still haven't herd anything. Even though I had the plastic rubber on the side if my car when I left the car wash and they could obviously see it was totally eating it by that I mean it was whipping the blue cleaner things so hard on one spot it ruined my windows
They were fast and thorough. Actually wiped down and dried off every inch of the exterior and interior of my car with micro fiber cloths and something that smelled amazing. It was fun to watch the drive through car wash opperate too!
Kevin went out of his way to make surenour car was spotless. He has excellent customer service skills. He deserves a raise.
We just pay a small fee every month . And we can have our car washed as many times as you want. (Outside only). That is great if you are in a hurry. I have a service dog and 1 in training. We have a lot of dog hair. They take the time to get it clean.nThe staff is very curious and helpful.nA lot easier than to do it yourself.
