Awesome place to take family or friends. The trains are closed as of writing this review, but you can walk up the steps and see inside of the trains.
Lovely park-like setting. Beautiful surrounding buildings. A good place to spend some time in this small quaint town.
On the two trips cruising around ESVA between Chincoteague and Cape Charles, I have brought the family here to walk around. I have not yet had the opportunity to visit the indoor portion of the museum because the hours are limited.nIt would be cool to have a couple of locomotives onsite if ever possible. If the visitors could grow in numbers there could even be train rides similar to Strasburg Railroad- my dream for this place.nKeep up the good work the good people here!
