Absolutely terrible. Not even mediocre, that would be too kind, it's just that bad. This system is very incomptently run and plagued with inconviniences. There are large gaps in the schedules that have you waiting for hours, and even so, the bus can arrive late, sometimes for a good 30 minutes. Or they don't arrive at all. And there isn't even a way to track them. Not to mention that some of the routes end before evening.nnThe buses themselves are just a plain joke, a lot of them are outdated, and are really inconsistent with the models they use. Some of them are so small, that they can't even hold more than 10 people.nnAnd let's not get started on the fares, where you can pay an outrageous sum of $3, and yes, that's just for one trip. And there's not even any transfer discounts (there used to be one but they got rid of it a few years ago), you still have to pay up. I'd complain more about the fact that there's no way to pay electronically, but that just pales in comparison to the outrageous prices.nnOverall, save yourself a headache and don't use Shore Transit, it just isn't worth it. If you want to get around town and you aren't able to drive, get a bike, call a taxi/Uber, or ask a friend.

There need to be more bus stops in pocomoke and they need to adjust the schedule for bus 432 and 452. Its ridiculous that if you miss a bus at 8:54 in the morning, you have to wait til 2:24 to catch another one, some people have to get to work and cant afford to be 6 hours late. There need to be more accessible bus stops like one on 4th and Market st at the corner by the senior center. There needs to be buses that go to some of the little towns or cities that people who dont have vehicles cant get to. More importantly for $3 for a local one way trip you definately shouldn't have to wait 2,3 or in some cases 6 hours in between for a bus. Shore transit gotta do better. And find better drivers. Some of the drivers are very rude!

The buses are very unsafe a lot of inner-city people yelling and fighting with each other on the bus and the bus drivers afraid to say anything cuz there's no cameras the bus station Itself by the Greyhound station and bus station is deserted in the middle of nowhere with no amenities for anybody but the drivers were absolutely nice thank you very much for The good customer service but the company needs cameras on the bus End of the story.

Horrible, people who pick up the phone are very rude and bus stops and times are wrong online

Riding a transit to Greyhound from ocean City is horrible. When I paid for my ticket I didn't know it was literally a city bus stopping everywhere in Salisbury! How ridiculous!
